Shipping and handling
fees include packaging materials, labor, gas & other fees incurred.
MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS! We will
only ship to the address you specify with your payment, we are not
responsible if you provide the wrong address even if you email us
with it after submitting payment. Please confirm you have the correct shipping address added to your
PayPal
account before submitting your payment. Orders are regularly scheduled to get out on Mondays, Wednesdays and
Fridays after payment has been received unless it's a holiday or if
there is an event that is beyond our control. USPS Track & Confirm information is not updated until the
order has been delivered by the post office. Once orders have
been given to the post office, we have absolutely no control over it
from that point on. Because of all this, WE RARELY RESPOND
TO QUESTIONS ABOUT IF AN ORDER HAS SHIPPED OR WHEN IT WILL ARRIVE! Please check out our "Order
Shipping Status" page for updated shipping information. In the EXTREMELY RARE event that the post office loses
an order, please state when contacting us that it has been at least
3 weeks since you have paid for your order. IF YOU DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE, IT IS YOUR LOSS IF THE
ORDER IS LOST!
We have a very low
profit margin on our items so we can not be held responsible for
lost orders. If for any reason your package is returned, we
will set it aside and wait for you to contact us about it. We
do NOT reship returned packages until the fees to do so have been
paid unless we are at fault for the package being returned. We
hold on to orders shipping to an unconfirmed address for a minimum
of seven days.
